Making a Transferred Domain Private

The domain transfer must be complete before you can add privacy.

To Make Your Domain Private Using the NEW Domain Control Center

1. Log in to your Account Manager.
2. From the Domain Names menu, click Manage Domains. The Domain Control Center opens.
3. Select the checkbox next to the domain name(s) you want to add privacy to.
4. Above your list of domain names, click Upgrade Domains.
5. Select Add Private Registration.
6. Click Continue.
7. Select whether you want to Use Existing Private Registration Account or Create a New Private Registration Account.
8. Review the Domain Name Proxy Agreement and select the check box to verify that you agree with the Domain Name Proxy Agreement.
9. Click Continue.
10. Continue through the checkout process to purchase your Private Registration.
