Disabling the Automatic Renewal Feature for Your Domains

If your domains are set to renew automatically, we will bill your credit card on the day your domain name expires. You can disable the automatic renewal feature at any time.

To Disable the Automatic Renewal Feature for Your Domains Using the NEW Domain Control Center

1. Log in to your Account Manager.
2. Under the Domain Names section, select Manage Domains. The Domain Control Center opens.
3. In your list of domain names, use the checkboxes to select the domain names for which you want to disable auto-renew.
4. Above your list of domain names, move your mouse over Renew and then select Change Auto Renew from the drop-down menu.
5. Select Turn off Auto-Renew and then click OK.
